Nice. Steady. Social. Run. Jog. Walk to recover. Rest where needed.
5k (ISH) social run looping out and back to Washington Village via various different routes.
Suitable for everyone. Nobody gets left behind.
Halloween Special - Our halloween social of 2026. Ghosts, skeletons and zombie turtles are just some of the delights that came out to play last year. Costumes aren't essential but bright/hivis clothing is and torches highly recommended.
Pace groups
Every group starts and finishes together. Pick one on the day — nothing to book.
All paces welcome
No groups, no cut-off — run what feels comfortable.
